The hangars are named by numbers as Hangar-1 and Hangar-2. Normally hangar refers to the place where war planes kept at their rest time.This reveals that these hangars were once used as a place for stand for mini flights. And after some time it became the workshop for the mechanical experiments.And these hangars are capable of accommodating around 4000 people. Now a days Hangar-1 used as indoor stadium and auditorium for cultural  events. And hangar-2 is used as examination hall and laboratory for few departments.
