• All participants should bring their college ID cards.
• Students will be allowed to participate only if they register at the reception. If they registered online, they have to confirm and complete the registration formalities if any. Registration will be closed 90 minutes before the start of the event.
• Registration fee will be collected for mega events.
• Any kind of obscenity or unacceptable behavior or lanugage on or off stage is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate disqualification of the college.
• Judges decision will be final.
• Free accommodation will be provided for limited number of outstation participants on prior intimation.
• Prizes may include gift vouchers.
• Overall champions will receive the rolling trophy (based on the points system).
• The organizers reserve the right to change any of the rules mentioned.
• Audio can be brought in CDs or cassettes.
• Breakable objects, fire, water, inflammable items, etc. are not allowed on the stage.
