The IEEE International Carnahan Conference on Security Technology (ICCST 2019) was held during 1-3 October 2019, in Chennai, India. ICCST2019 is the 53rd annual edition of ICCST.

The International Carnahan Conference on Security Technology, sponsored by IEEE, is one of the longest running international technical symposia. This conference has a broad scope and invites papers on advanced security technologies including physical, cyber and electronic security research, development, systems engineering, testing, evaluation, case studies and new research lines to face current and future challenges. All papers will be carefully subjected to a blind review process. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE XploreŽ digital library.
